Fill a pitcher with cold water. Add ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber and ½ cup fresh mint leaves. Chill in refrigerator. Enjoy! Try different combinations of flavors, like thin slices of lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, cucumber, apple, melon, pineapple, fresh ginger or berries then add fresh herbs like mint, basil, rosemary, or even parsley.
