Working on getting the abs slim and toned!

Challenge: Do either the 15 min Abs Circuit in the below pic or choose at least 2-3 ab exercises below or from your fav ab workout and do them at least every other day this week. Check out the tips below this pic for some important guidelines as you work toward your sexy and toned abs!
Ab Fit Tips:
1. Warm up before doing these exercises.
2. Breathe normally. You should never hold your breath while doing ab exercises. Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
3. Do not exercise your abs on consecutive days. Allow yourself a rest day. Resting muscles (even abs) is equally as important as working them. Every other is generally ideal.
4. Do exercises that use every part of your abdominal muscles.
5. Use your hands behind your head lightly. Resist the urge to “pull” your head which can cause strain on your neck.
6. Do the exercises with correct form. Stop when you lose your form.
7. Listen to your body. A good muscle burn in your abdominals is one thing, but if you feel uncertain pains in your back and/or neck, do not push it.
8. For overall health and fitness and to make sure your abs will show their best, mix cardio, weight-bearing, and a healthy diet into your lifestyle.
