Healthy diva’s who had just completed their 60-day challenge shared their stories, welcomed several new divas in to the start of their challenge and talked about easy, do-anywhere exercises with Body Be Burning trainer and juicer Melissa Andrews, and were treated to delicious kale banana smoothies by Cathy Thomas, Locs of Luv’s cheerful owner and health enthusiast.

    1 hour Arms & Legs, 10 mins Body Be Burning Challenge, 20mins Hard Core Abs
    Breakfast: Juicy (broccoli, Kale, Celery, Carrots, Coconut Water) 12oz Water
    AM Snack: Whole Grain Rice Cake,1/2 Tsp Almond Butter, 1/2 cup Fruit 24oz Water
    Lunch: Turkey Pita w/ Salad 24oz water
    PM Snack: Trail Mix 24oz water
    Dinner: Protein Shake 24oz Water
