San Diego-based personal trainer and all-around athlete Anthony Parr joined us for the meet-up at Locs of Luv to share some of his best tips for getting into shape without having to go to the gym. He showed simple crunches and moves for your arms and torso and emphasized how important it is to take the time to stretch as part of your workout.
