We wrapped up the 60-Day Healthy Diva Challenge with the fabulous Locs of Luv ladies, who’ve been walking, hiking and juicing their way to health! We were really delighted to partner with owner Cathy Thomas, who set a terrific example by walking or hiking every morning and provided lots of opportunities for the divas to participate. Cathy’s cheerfulness is infectious and we’re grateful to her for being part of the project and for introducing us to the amazing Melissa Andrews of raw | fit | sexy and Body be Burning who taught us about juicing and showed do-anywhere exercises that don’t need any equipment, just your own bodyweight.
