Melissa’s 5-day Body Be Burning Challenge!
This a 5 Day challenge designed to strength your muscles and improve your endurance.
Here is what to expect: Each morning you will receive an email that contains a video of the exercise drills to be performed that day. No equipment is needed for this challenge.
The drills will contain the following:
Strength exercises
Cardiovascular exercises
Plyometric exercises
Each drill will be performed for a short period of time followed by a short rest break before repeating the exercises. As you receive additional drills they can be performed along with the drills you received on the prior day to create a full all inclusive workout.
A few tips to keep in mind during this challenge:
Maintain good form with each exercise.
Maintain good posture and body alignment is key during a workout.
Listen to body. Don’t force an exercise. Modify where necessary and do as much as you can.
Breathe. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Holding your breath works against when exercising.
Drink water before during and after a workout.
Have fun challenging yourself!
